Discussion Questions

1. Where have you allowed shame to move from something you’ve done into something you believe about who you are, and what would it look like to let Jesus have the final word instead?
2. Jesus does not deny the woman’s sin, but He refuses to let it define her. How can you honestly confront sin in your life without agreeing with the shame or accusation attached to it?
3. You can hold stones or extend grace, but you can’t do both. Where are you most tempted to become the accuser, and what would it look like to drop the stone while still taking sin seriously?
