PRODUCTION DIRECTOR
The Production Director is responsible for leading all technical and creative aspects of
Church For The One’s worship experiences, weekend services, and special events. This role
ensures that the audio, visual, lighting, live streaming, and stage production elements work
seamlessly to support the church’s mission.

WORSHIP PASTOR
The Lead Worship Pastor will provide visionary leadership and pastoral oversight for the
worship ministry, aligning music and worship experiences with church mission, values, and
weekend gatherings. This role is both spiritual and strategic, requiring someone who leads
with a servant’s heart, disciples worship team members, and fosters a culture of authentic,
Christ‑centered worship. The Lead Worship Pastor is a key member of the pastoral staff
and collaborates closely with the Lead Pastor, Pastor of Weekend Services, and ministry
leaders.
