A 5 week plan to get your faith in shape. Every week has 5 Training Pieces: 1 Video with an action step, 3 individual training sessions, and an action step to close the week. Watch the Intro Video to begin your week and complete the action step. This is necessary to start that week. Individual Training Sessions: 3 Days a Week, preferably in the morning so it doesn’t get interrupted. Don’t start later than Tuesday. The week is wrapped up by a final action step. Have a Bible and something to jot down notes with. Either a notebook or the notes app on your phone.
