The life of our church is the activated faith of every individual. We will always call people to a step forward toward Jesus, believing that everyone has gifting and calling upon their life, regardless of their current starting point.
Thank you for your willingness to serve as a group leader here at Church For The ONE! Groups exist to make life-changing relationships relevant and accessible. By being open, to outsiders, having a spiritual impact, and being structured to multiply, groups serve as a catalyst in creating an inviting culture. We hope to create an easy avenue to experience community. This is the practice: Intentionality over time builds trust, which forms relationships. Purposeful connection reigns over curriculum, and you—the leader—will determine the health of the group.

GROUP LEADER CHECK-IN
As a group leader, you play a vital role in providing a pulse on how your group is doing. This check-in form allows you to share updates, request support if needed, and help the Steps Toward Jesus Team better understand the health of our groups. Thank you for taking the time to complete it—it helps us pray for you, support your group, and celebrate all that God is doing!

You can achieve many things through the Church Center app, including:

• Attendance: Keep track of member participation and follow up with people who haven’t attended in a while.
• RSVP: Include RSVP requests in your event reminder emails so you know how many people to plan for.
• Resources: Share materials, like study questions and curriculum, with members online or in the Church Center app.
• Messaging: Give members a way to stay connected throughout the week with Group Messaging in the Church Center app.
