FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Who is camp for?
    YTH Camp is for 6th-12th grade students
  • What is included in the camp fee?
    Your registration covers all food, lodging, and programming. It also includes one Limited Edition YTH Camp T-Shirt.
  • Is there a dress code for camp?
    Guys: Please make sure all attire is modest and appropriate No speedos or anything that semi resembles a speedo Unless at the pool, wear a t-shirt that completely covers the chest and torso. No sagging of shorts, pants or swim trunks. Girls: Please make sure all attire is modest and appropriate One-piece bathing suits (no cutouts) OR tankinis that fully cover the stomach (tankini tops must remain down at all times, if not you will be asked to put on a cover up) Stomach should be covered at all times Shorts must have at least a 3” inseam Skirts and dresses should keep you fully covered when bending over.
  • What should I bring?
    DON’T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING: Your Bible Notebook Sunscreen, workout clothes, tennis shoes, and water bottle Toothbrush and other toiletries Phone charger LEAVE THESE THINGS AT HOME: weapons, bad attitudes, tobacco products, drugs, juuls and vapes, alcohol, lighters, and anything you wouldn’t want your grandmother to see.
  • Is my $25 deposit refundable?
    $25 deposit is non-refundable.
  • I only paid $25 deposit, how do I pay the remaining balance?
    You will be able to access and pay your remaining balance through your confirmation email.
  • Who do I email if I have questions?
    You can email youth@churchforthe.one
  • I need help with funding, who do I contact?
    You can email youth@churchforthe.one. We do not want any student to miss out on camp due to finances.
  • When is my remaining balance due?
    Any remaining balance is due by June 5th.
  • Is there a waiting list if camp gets full?
    Yes, there is a waiting list if camp gets full. We will email parents as spots become open.
  • What if my student takes daily medication?
    If your student has prescription or non- prescription medicine that is required for camp, then follow this procedure: All medicine must be placed in a zip-loc bag. The bag needs to have the student's name and grade labeled in black sharpie. Inside the bag, place the medicine and a list of the instructions needed to administer the proper dosages and times that meds need to be given. Turn in the bag of medicine at the time of Check-in on June 26th. Medicine will be handled by adult leaders who will then help in the process of ensuring that every student takes his/her meds at the proper time.
