Group Leaders make the whole camp experience more meaningful and personal. They are responsible for leading a group of either high school or middle school students.

YTH GROUP LEADERS:

Know how to create a fun environment for their students and bring the energy.

Have a passion to see our students encounter God and Claim their identity and purpose in Jesus.

Are responsible and committed.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL:

Lead your Group onsite for the full duration of YTH CAMP, from June 26-29. (This means you cannot leave your group for the entirety of camp, such as driving yourself to a location or stepping away for a bit. You are committing to staying on campus, attending all experiences, and staying with your Group throughout YTH CAMP. Save those Starbucks runs for when the event is over 😉)

Have a background check and be an approved Group Leader of YTH for the ONE.

Manage the schedule for your group and make sure they get to all sessions and activities on time.

Hold meaningful discussions with your group and provide direction for them. This is your opportunity to run with your 6 and lead them into taking their steps towards Jesus.

Ensure your group is safe and essentials are always provided.
